RESERVATIONS are accepted by phone or in writing and are confirmed with a security deposit payment of $200 on your Visa or MasterCard credit card. We have a two-night minimum requirement stay, five-nights during holidays, and five to seven nights during the high season, July 1 through September 15.

We will mail you a written confirmation, including check-in instructions. Please read the document carefully to ensure that the dates, amounts, etc. are correct. The deposit will be refunded to you within 21 days following your departure. The rental and cleaning fees, a $30.00 processing fee and a 9% hotel tax are payable at check-in, or in case of late arrival, in advance.

CHECK-IN time is between 3 and 5 pm, Monday through Saturday, and up to 2 pm on Sunday. Please make arrangements for late arrival in advance, if possible, including pre-payment of balance.

CHECK- OUT time is at 11 am. All keys must be returned to our office at 702 Main Street when checking out.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED 30 days in advance of the arrival date. The security deposit will be forfeited unless the property can be re-rented. There is a $100 fee for all cancellations. Upon occupancy of the home, there will be no refunds for early departure or fewer guests.

CLEANING fees vary depending on the number of guests and size of house. Extra fees may be charged to your credit card or taken out of your deposit if the home needs excessive cleaning or is damaged. NOTE: We are not responsible for items left behind.

PETS are welcome in some homes;  arrangements to bring your pet must be made at the time of the reservation.  We charge a pet fee of $50.00 with a min. cleaning fee of $125.  If pets are on the premises without authorization, you will be asked to leave.

OCCUPANCY policies must be adhered to.  Occupants in excess of the stated number will result in immediate termination without a refund of the rental amount.

SUPPLIES, such as paper good and soaps, are placed in the home as a courtesy.  If you need additional supplies, please bring those with you or purchase those at the local store.

LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS from the house phone require a credit card or calling card. There is no charge for local calls with the following prefixes: 924, 926, and 927.

ALL OF OUR HOMES are non-smoking.
